SUPPORT FOR "YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH"

Due to the current pandemic, people are subjected to facing various new challenges & difficulties which has caused a significant decline in mental health.

Om Maatren Sharanam Trust (OMST) is launching “YOGA FOR MENTAL HEALTH” project to improve mental health of people through Yoga & meditation on 5th & 6th September. Yoga is an ancient practice of Indian origin that improves not just physical fitness of a person but also directly impacts mental fitness. This project contains 3 modules which are specifically crafted to alleviate mental distress by combining knowledge from the fields of Psychology, Yoga and Research & will be delivered with the assistance of a certified yoga trainer.
